Ieva Pranskute

Ieva Prankute was born in 1992 in Vilnius, Lithuania. Ieva studied in National M.K Čiurlionis gymnasium of music and arts by Beata Šmidtienė. Since 2010 Ieva was a student of prof. Ingrida Armonaitė. From the early age Ieva takes place in various competitions, such as the 2nd place at International S. Sodeckis Competition, 1st place at International Competition OLYMPO MUSICALE and 3rd place at the Pavasario Sonata Chamber Music Competition. Ieva also gathered experience playing with Lithuanian Chamber Orchestra, Vilnius Sv. Kristoforo Orchetsra and M. K. Ciurlionio School of Arts Orchestra. She played in masterclass by Sergey Malov and Prof. P. Munteanu. In 2008 she entered a quartet led by Prof. Audronė Vainiūnaitė and played in many prestigious halls. In 2011, Ieva with her quartet played in the renowned masterclass “National Young String Quartet Weekend” in Manchester City, UK, and invited to have a concert in the “Wigmore Hall” in London as well as European Parlament in Brussels and Turkey. Since 2011, Ieva Pranskute has been studying University of Music and Performing Arts in Vienna with Prof. Christian Altenburger. In 2012, Ieva won an audition for “Kremerata Baltika”, a chamber orchestra of musicians from Baltic states led by Gidon Kremer, and had tour concerts in Europe, Russia and Central America.


Jacqueline Preys

Born in Plovdiv, where she was studying in the National Music school “Dobrin Petkov” in the violin class of Darina Dankova. She took a bachelor’s degree at the New Bulgarian University in the violin class of Prof. Mario Hossen and a master’s degree at the Vienna University of Music in the class of Prof. Michael Frischenschlager. She has played as a soloist with the leading Bulgarian orchestras Sofia Philharmonic, Plovdiv Philharmonic, Burgas, Pleven, Vratsa and others. During specialization at the Paris Conservatory she was chosen to be a soloist of the Orchestre des jeunes du CCR de Paris in the famous hall “Theatre du Chatelet”. She works with world-renowned teachers such as Gerard Poulet, Takashi Shimizu, Guenther Pichler, Philipp Bernold and others. Jacqueline has attended international summer academies such as “Orheus” Music Academy in Wien, Orford Music Academy in Canada, Asahikawa Festival for violinists in Japan.


Andjela Sibinovic

Andjela Sibinovic was born in Belgrade, Serbia and started studying violin and viola in the music school. In Serbia, she has often performed as a soloist, chamber musician and a member of orchestra in many famous halls. In 2009 and 2010 she participated in the Musica Mundi Chamber Music Master Class in Belgium. In 2012, she graduated from Mokranjac Music School (violin with Prof. Viktor Bajler) and Dr. Vojislav Vuckovic Music School (Viola with Prof. Jovan Stojanovic). Since then, she moved to Vienna and has been studying at MDW with Prof. Wolfgang Klos.


Mislav Brajkovic

Mislav Brajković studied cello in International Music Academy Liechtenstein, Academy of Music Zagreb, and parallel studies at University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna with prof. Reinhard Latzko. For academic year 2012/2013 he was given a Dean award. He attended many master classes and worked with many renowned cellists, such as László Mezö, Valter Dešpalj, Michael Flaxman, Gustavo Tavares, László Fenyö and Reinhard Latzko. Croatian Ministry of Science, Education and Sport awarded him four times with “Knowledge Oscar” due to his exceptional achievement and prize awards from numerous competitions. He was awarded the 1st prize and “Audience Award” at 19th “Lions Grand Prix” international competition and the 1st prize at Croatian HDGPP Competition, and 1st prize at Croatian State competition. He won the 3rd prize in 2006 and the 2nd prize in 2010 at Antonio Janigro International Competition and a “Special Award” at Rudolf Matz International Competition. He has shown noticeable results in chamber music as well, such as the 1st place with a piano trio in Croatian State Chamber Music Competition in 2011 and 2013, ranking the 1st place among all the categories. Also he won the absolute 1st rank with a golden cup at International “Ars Nova” Competition in Trieste. He also took part in “Dubrovnik Summer Festival” and “Osor Musical Evenings”. Currently, Mislav is a member of Doreen Quartet and performs regularly with them.
